14 May Bob Dietel | Fishing Trip
Soldier‘s Wish is honored to grant Bob Dietel’s wish. Bob, a Vietnam Veteran whose life is marked by selflessness and dedication, has been gifted the simple pleasure of a fishing trip. 
Nominated by his wife, who has shared 53 years with him, this wish brings a moment of joy and peace as he contends with severe osteoarthritis. Moving to Oklahoma for a better quality of life, Bob’s wish granted is a salute to his service and a long-overdue hero’s welcome.
